VP, Data Architect.
Common Data and Digital Profile Adoption LeadThe RoleAs a Data Architect -Common Data Adoption lead in MDM COE, you will lead adoption of Master Data and associated Digital Profile initiatives across BU.
Initial focus will be on MDM adoption to the Analytics platform for enterprise common dimensions for analytics usage.
You will work across BU and enterprise Fidelity Data Architects and Engineers in driving adoption of both Mastered, Common Reference Data and Digital Profiles, the consuming applications span across BU such as CRM, Digital Experience, internal and external facing channel applications.
You will bring industry standard methodologies, perform research on industry trends and lead tool evaluation efforts including POC if needed in collaboration with DG, MDM Architects, Business teams, and agile planning office.
We seek a hard-working leader, collaborator with MDM and program management expertise who is willing to learn fast, adapt well to changing requirements and work with multi-functional teams to deliver governed common data management platform capabilities and adoption.
As part of the MDM COE, there are key strategic focus areas, and you will provide thought leadership in alignment to the MDM COE strategy and standard methodologies in collaboration with other MDM Architects and BU Product Architects and help them demonstrate the standardized standard methodologies and templates for a successful MDM implementation.

Drive MDM adoption in the analytics area with common dimensional modeling and BU adoption into facts/curated data.
Work across other data architects, data modelers and drive the solution and adoption.
Collaborate with Business Units, coordinate, schedule and provide planning activities for the strategic cloud data management platforms and digital profile adoption that meets our business needs on key pivotal initiatives.
Lead and measure the adoption of MDM and associated digital profile across various Business Units.
Work with partners to understand challenges to adoption, understand business specific challenges, perform analysis, be hands on and provide creative solutions and onboard them, and drive adoption resultsAbility to proactively seek out, collaborate and establish relationships with critical partners to ensure integration, coordination & execution of workAccountable for return on investment of MDM, common reference data and digital adoption initiativesLearn the business needs, our hybrid environments (on-prem, multi-cloud), and cloud-based SaaS vendor platforms and work across business on key areas and pivotal initiatives.
Work closely with business, implementation, data stewards and support teams.
Learn Fidelity's Cloud, Security and Data Privacy policies and guidelines and governance process and ensure alignment of these initiativesOn new initiatives, provide leadership and coordination across various Business Units to perform and deliver current state analysis, industry research, vendor assessment and selection, business case development including financials, roadmap, operating model, and resource needs.
Provide support for smooth functioning of the MDM COEUnderstand business growth opportunities and digital priorities and help drive data adoption to achieve such business outcomes.
Deliver architecture artifacts and planning activities, communication materials and status updates.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
Bachelor's or master's degree.
Analytics platform, data modeling and engineering experience.
Snowflake experience preferred10
years of data management solution delivery/managementMaster Data Management, and Reference Data Management experienceArchitecting and Delivering 360 View of Data for digital experienceProven technology and leadership experience in master data and analytics solutions.
Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and program management.
Leadership experience to navigate across large organizations and influence across the enterpriseExperienced in communicatingExpert knowledge and experience in major data areas such as data quality, data management, performance/cost optimization.
Experienced in planning/performing current state analysis, business case development.
Experience in leading master data management solutionsKnowledge of Cloud data services, specifically AWS and Azure.
Expert ability to evaluate, prototype and recommend emerging Cloud data technologies and platforms from open source or vendors.

The team's mission is to establish common data management capabilities for key business entities across the firm that will enable omni channel customer experiences, business growth, simplification, and optimization of our data ecosystem and much more.
MDM Architecture COE defines strategy and architecture and collaborates to implement the next generation Cloud-based master data management platform that provides enterprise, cross business, and business view of data, optimized for cost, and performance.
We are passionate about business-critical data subject areas along with 360 views.
Adoption of these mastered data and 360 view of digital profile adoption across the enterprise is a critical success factor.
We are looking for an accomplished Data Architect professional with strategic planning with program management experience to drive business and technology teams across the business to adopt mastered data, common reference data and digital profile.
