The Entry Level Assistant Manager will also concentrate on furthering the best practices in the areas of sales, lead generation, operations, and other crucial business functions.
We are seeking an Entry Level Assistant Manager to provide sales support by creating and implementing strategic sales and customer acquisition campaigns for our clients.
The Entry Level Assistant Manager will be involved in customer interactions, researching new sales leads, generating leads, and developing strategic ways to create long-lasting customer loyalty.
A competent Entry Level Assistant Manager will utilize their customer-centric initiatives to result in increased performance.
Responsibilities for our Entry Level Assistant Manager:
Develop best practices surrounding the use of marketing systems to drive team business objectives Work with all divisional departments to ensure a seamless line of communication in regard to business strategies on requested management Collaborate with the business development team to create new promotional campaigns for our varied client portfolio efforts surrounding the redesign of products to benefit teams Maintain customer satisfaction through developmental marketing strategies and top-tier customer service Participate in-classroom training sessions, product knowledge seminars, and virtual web seminars Educating consumers on new marketing services or promotions Further our client's reputation by using top-notch customer service skills Team management and mentorship Qualifications for our Entry Level Assistant Manager:
1-2 years of business development, marketing, sales, or customer service experience Strong aspiration to continuously learn and further one's professional skills Outstanding customer service and communication skills Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks, with great time management and organizational skills Confident and comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups Capacity to work in a fast-paced, challenging marketing and sales environment Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes An outstanding track record of developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships Job Type:
