Interline Brands company is the nation's leading distributor and direct marketer of repair and maintenance products to the apartment and professional contractor industries, has an immediate opening for a team player to join our Malden Center. Work days are Monday through Friday.
This Parts & Service Coordinator position is needed in the Malden Facility and will be responsible for the following:
Communicating & Scheduling of customer repair orders on a daily basis
Handle billing for service repairs on a daily basis
Handle shipping of service parts on a daily basis
Handle all service calls on a daily basis
Receive and track all repairs on a daily basis
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
Professional Appearance
Computer Literate
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Multi tasked oriented and able to handle deadlines within a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively manage time and scheduling
Ability to lift 60-pound or moreEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
