The Eliot Early Intervenition Program of Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a Developmental Specialist. This provides a muliti disciplinary supports to children under three and their parents.
Responsibilities:
Identify, screen, and evaluate performance of infants and children using standard measures.
Develop and ensure follow up of treatment goals from the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in the home. Plans are developed in accordance with the requirements of the funding source, sound clinical practice, and in collaboration with the family.
Provide intervention in the areas of cognition, social behaviors, perceptual motor skills, and learning style.
Provide transdisciplinary services to families and children enrolled in the Early Intervention program.
Utilize a team approach to planning and treatment with families, physicians, and agencies.
Provide assessment/reports, IFSP's, progress notes, and insurance verification reports within established timelines.
Provide in service training to other team members within areas of expertise.
Maintain client records in accordance with Department of Public Health and Eliot protocols.
Attend staff development and professional seminars and meetings to maintain or upgrade professional skills.
Schedule: Fee For Service
Pay Rate: $28.37 per hour
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development/Education, Special
Education, or Psychology. Experience in infancy/early childhood preferred. Meets third party
and Department of Public Health, Early Intervention Program regulations criteria. Must have
good clinical documentation skills and be able to meet deadlines. Computer literacy and skill in
the use of computers and related software applications. Ability to consistently meet all necessary
background and credentialing requirements. Must have valid drivers license and reliable
transportation to travel to and with families in order to provide services in natural environments.
Must have reliable telephone notification system for emergency contact.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
